Open the app, go to Settings → Privacy Dashboard, and tap Delete Everything. The deletion happens immediately and removes your account and every record tied to it on our servers. There is no recovery window. If you cannot access the app, email us at support@getbondai.com from the account email and we will process the deletion for you within 7 days.
Settings → Privacy Dashboard → Export My Data returns a downloadable archive with your analyses, your Bond Memory patterns, and your account metadata. Raw conversation text is never in the export because we never store it.
First, force-quit the app and reopen it. The receipt usually validates within a few seconds. If you still see the paywall, go to Settings → Account → Restore Purchases. If that fails, email support@getbondai.com with your Apple receipt screenshot and we will fix it within 24 hours.
Make sure you are signed in to iCloud on the device (Sign in with Apple needs it). If you originally signed up with Google, switch to the Google option on the sign-in screen. Still stuck? Email support@getbondai.com and we will help recover access.
We do not store the raw text you paste or speak. The text is sent to the AI provider over an encrypted connection, the reflection comes back, and the text is released. The Privacy Dashboard has a live counter wired straight to the database that reads zero. The full breakdown is on our Privacy page.
That gate appears once, only before adult-themed packs. Tap “I am 18 or older, continue” and you will not see it again on that device. Deleting your account via Privacy Dashboard clears the confirmation so it appears fresh on next install.
BondAI needs microphone access on first use. If you declined it, open iOS Settings → BondAI → Microphone and turn it on, then return to the app. The audio is deleted right after transcription, so nothing is stored either way.
Open Settings → Language inside the app and pick עברית. The interface switches to Hebrew with full RTL support and reflections come back in Hebrew.
